O'Brien Park is located on Clare Street, across from the Limerick School of Art & Design. The park features a freestanding concrete gateway, built c. 1940, and constructed as a classical triumphal arch. Amenities include a small children's playground (toddlers - 10yrs old), a park shelter and a cast iron drinking fountain.
