The Hunt Museum

The Hunt Museum exhibits one of Ireland's greatest private collections of art and antiquities, dating from the Neolithic to the 20th Century, including works by Renoir, Picasso and Yeats. It reflects the diverse tastes and interests of the two people who formed it, John and Gertrude Hunt. The Hunt Museum’s purpose built Exhibition gallery, exhibits a diverse range of important temporary exhibitions from public institutions to private collections. Located at the former Custom House on Rutland Street, The Hunt Museum is regarded as the most distinguished 18th century building in Limerick.
