Murroe is a small, picturesque village in southeast Co. Limerick on the border with Co. Tipperary. The village is surrounded by the Slieve Felim mountains. There are a wide range of services and facilities for the local community, e.g. pubs, shops etc., in the village. Nearby attractions include: the Clare Glens wooded area along the banks of the Clare River, Brittas Castle and Thomond Scout Centre.
