Bedford Row

Named after John Russell, 4th Duke of Bedford, Lord Lieutenant of Ireland from 1757 to 1761, Bedford Row is a shopping street in the heart of Limerick City. The street is located just off O'Connell Street and continues towards Howley's Quay, forming a junction with Henry Street between Dunnes Stores and the Augustinian Church. The street is pedestrianised between O'Connell Street and Henry Street.
