Located at Mary Immaculate College, Tailteann is a state of the art multi-purpose sports complex. The building was awarded 'Leisure Building of the Year' Award at the RIAI Irish Architecture Awards in 2008. Opened in 2007, Tailteann caters for a wide variety of sporting and recreational activities. Facilities include weights room, 2 indoor soccer courts, IBA approved basketball court, 3 volleyball courts, table tennis facilities, 2 teaching gyms/dance studios, with outdoor facilities including a full size GAA pitch, training pitch, astro turf tennis court and a 480m astro turf running track.
